Online Script Request

Available ONLY To Existing Patients

Please email us on Admin@KRMC.co.za, and please be mindful of the following:

​

  • Scripts are only available for collection after 48 hours of submitting an email.

  • You will receive an email confirmation when your script is ready for collection.

  • Please contact us on 011 616 4400 at least 30 minutes prior to collection - to prevent any delays.

  • A script fee of R190.00 is payable upon collection.

Please include the following details in your email submission:

  1. Full Name & Surname

  2. ID / Passport Number

  3. Contact Number

  4. Your Doctor

  5. Medications Required

  6. Collection Date & Time
